Terms of service
- By requesting commission, you agree with our terms below.
- We have the rights to refuse a commission.
- Currently we only receive payment via PayPal.
- Our fee should be paid in full price after we agreed on the final sketch.
- We do not allow cancellation, refund, or major changes after the final sketch phase.
- Single commission requires about two weeks to finish (after final sketch).
- Our commission service is only for personal use. Please consult to us first if you need it for commercial purpose.
- We will add your commission result into our portfolio or posted on our social media by default. Please let us know if you want us to not do that.
- Please prepare all the references and reach out to us via any of our social media.
